[urq] 944 intercooler install

There's a link to John Archibald's pictures.  I looked
into the 951 intercooler too, but decided to go with
the 2Bennett piece.  The latter still heat soaks but
cools back off quickly once you get out of the boost. 
As I understand it, the former takes longer to heat up
but then takes forever to cool off once it does. 
(This from 944t racers, not urq folks.)
