While looking for rooms, I came across tons of condos for rent.  Many were
in the $150-200 range for units sleeping up to 8 (probably a few in hallway
bunks!).

I'm assuming most people are planning on arriving Friday night rather than
do alpine starts to arrive at 10AM Saturday, then leaving early Sunday or
Monday morning.  If there's a consensus on getting a condo or two, we
would probably end up in nicer digs for less $$.
