[urq] Chillin' the Intercooler

So last weekend I put a Spal fan on my Son's 4000 CSQT, we were kinda
impressed because intercooler outlet temps dropped slowly with the car
stopped. Today during the airshow with The Blue Angels flying over our home,
Tony rerouted his people squirter jet down to his intercooler and installed
a mister nozzle provided by me to spray on the outside of the intercooler.
MAN! talk about intake temps falling fast! We went for a rather spirited
drive, the temperature drop was amazing, back to within ambient +5 degrees
in ten seconds (ambient was 84) and under boost never over 104 outlet temp!
