[urq] Clutch rattle

The car I just got is noted to have clutch components from a '90 200  
(actually the whole drivetrain) but it seems a bit noisey - almost embarassing  to 
listen to at a stop light - it also makes quite a raucus in between  shifts.
 
Is there a better clutch setup to go with for this combo?
 
Can I just replace the disk with an UrQ unit and use the rest of the 200  
components?
