[urq] transmission code

Can anyone tell me what the origin of a transmission with a code of 6E  would 
be?
 
I was told this trans was out of a 200Q (gear driven speedo) with 4:11  gears.
 
The transmission in the car is stamped 6E, which I have narrowed down to a  
4K with 4:11's or its the original UrQ tranny with 3:89's.   Im  leaning 
towards a 4000Q since 6E is not one of the codes listed on the ETKA for  the UrQ.
 
Im getting down to the wire and I need to find another please  hellllppppp
