[urq] NGK plug source

Just for the info:
In NGK numbering system, BP is for the size and shape of the body, 7 is
the heat range and the suffix is the tip.
In this case, ET is for the OEM-style tri-electrode and EVX means this is
a platinum single-electrode version of the ET that fits the same engine.
BTW, since the plug type number is so long and hard to decipher, NGK use a
"stock number" that is easier to read but has no relation to the type
number. All plug manufacturers do the same.
Example: BP7ES, BPR7ES, BP7ET, BP7EVX, BPR7ES11, BUR7ET, etc.
All these plugs are physically close but choosing the right one for a
WX-WR is difficult without knowing what Audi knew when they conceived the
engine. That's why I stick to the OEM recommendation whenever I have to
buy plugs. Too much "black magic" for me...

Re: [urq] NGK plug source
quite a few people like the NGK BP6ET - not sure what the manual says,
tho.
But the nice folks at the local FLAPS sometimes need a different
number....as I sit here I want to say "something something one two"..????

Shouldn't it be the NGK BP7EVX for the WRs BTW??
