[urq] 20 V engine swap

Hey guys

there are alot of high mileage '91 20v turbo cars out there right now

what level of rebuilding / reconditioning would be recommended prior to 
wedging the engine into an UrQ ?

i can get a whole car in the 3k range, or just the engine and ancillaries for 
about the same, which is generally the better way to go?   buy the car and 
see how it runs first?
