You can't be more right Mike. 
It is really throaty. That's why I bought the car on the first place.

Last time I went to an Audi meeting, the owner of a lightly modded A4 came 
to me and asked: 
"Nice sound, what kind of exhaust do you have?"
When I told him it is the stock system, he looked a little puzzled...
