[urq] goofy fenders?

When I bought my car it had 3 sets of pin stripes!  The lowest set along the
bottom of the car, one set along the middle "wrinkle" along the flanks then
wraps onto the front bumper, and then _another_set right below the
waistline.  I never replaced that set when I had the car painted...
