[urq] winter tire / rim question

Bob,

That sucks.  I'd suggest trying to use a spacer to get
the tire away from the spring perch.  Mock it up with
washers and see if 10-12 mm will do the trick.  More
than that is pushing it but doable with studs instead
of bolts.
