I tried that last night but they all seemed to be locked in place so I

They simply screw in and out, and that's the adjustment... same as the
brake
light switch.

How do you remove/adjust the 2 vacuum/electrical safety switches from the
pedal bracket?
Looks like the hunting CC can be cured by a tighter vaccum switch. In
fact, when I put my feet under the pedals and push them against the
switches, the CC is behaving like it should. If I stop pullling them, at
the first bump, no more CC.
