[urq] Cruise control vacuum+electrical switch removal

This part, 811 907 343B, is very common: ATP shows it fitting all VAG cars
from 1981 'til 2004. A good example of the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"
approach that is not so common among OEMs...

have very similar looking CC switches to those on the urq ...
