[urq] Different Tread Depth and Effects on Driveline

I haven't seen an answer to this, so I'll take a whack at it.

I think you can assume that, since the differentials are dealing all the
time with wheels/tires rotating at slightly different speeds, the effect
will be negligible.  Haven't done the math, but I suspect the difference in
rolling diameter is more or less of the same order of magnitude as
differences due to individual wheels speeds while cornering, etc.
