[urq] Testing Diff locks

I may be wrong here, but I don't think the rear wheel would turn at all if
the diffs were locked and only the back was raised off the ground. Front to
back is locked too, and the fronts ain't moving!

Justin's question triggered one of mine.....
If one were to lock the diffs and jack up the rear of the cars, is it safe
to assume that when one wheel is rotated the other will rotate in same
direction?  If unlocked, opposite directions?
