[urq] Testing Diff locks

... depends on whether or not the center diff is locked too.  I've got my
car set up with the 4kQ's 3 position switch, so it is possible to lock the
rear on its own ... so, as long as you have the tranny out of gear it will
be possible to spin the rears ... and yes, they should both turn the same
direction.  With the diff unlocked and the tranny in neutral you will
probably see the wheels spin in opposite directions ... due to the other
wheel being easier to spin than the propshaft.  If the tranny is in gear you
should see the other rear wheel turn in the opposite direction ...
