[urq] early vs. late fenders

Mike,

The flare is the same... just the inside edge is rolled flat to clear the 8" rims... that's all... can't tell difference from the outside.
To some extent you can do the same on your '83 with some careful rolling of the lip.  There is a special tool you can get/borrow to do this.
