Well, since there might be a big number of listers around, why don't we
devise some kind of identification for people AND their cars?
You know, the name tags everybody wear when attending a meeting...

For a shy (and French speaking) person like me, it would be easier to put a
face on the names...

 I know its early...but I'd like to get a date solidifed as soon as
possible.  Last year we held it on the weekend after Memorial Day. Will this
still work for those planning on attending? I know there are some driving 
club events in early June. What about Memorial Day Saturday, May 29th, the
Saturday before, May 22nd, or the Saturday after, June 5th?
 We have Felixs estate reserved for these dates, but given enough time we
may be able to change them in order to get the most guests possible.
 The protocol will remain the same..$20 per person non-refundable fee for
food and rentals, BYOB.  I will provide soft drinks and bottled  water. 
 Please submit your payment within 10 days of the event to allow for a good
head count,  preparation and shopping.
  Please respond to me directly at  gmbchef at comcast.net. This way I will
have everybodys updated email addresses and I will be better able to send
private emails confirming reciept of payment. 
 It would be helpful if this recipet of payment gets printed and brought
along with you to present to the gatekeeper, Mike Cunningham.
  More info will come along when we nail down a date!.
 I hope this one succeeds last years event! Might be hard to do, but I would
be very happy if it turned out half as good. Last year was awesome.
