[urq] Dual filaments / Brightness

I think there are aftermarket led panels that have a wire setup to plug
into a regular bulb socket that are very bright and draw very little
power.....saw them on tv but never looked for them, I know there are
lots of led third lite setups for cheap just search the net

On the subject of brake lights not being bright enough compared to
brighter taillights ...

Has anyone on the list ever tried those aftermarket replacement halogen
adapters/bulbs for taillight and brakelight applications?  Seems like an
attractive mod -- especially for brake lights on older cars -- but I've
never gotten as far as trying them.  Anyone?
