I use it for its extreme portability.  I've ground off the other faces to leave just the
"Audi" (Girling G54) one and cemented it to an old 3/8" extension.  Very true though - it's a
bitch on a stiff caliper.

Over here (in the UK) Draper do one - a kind of concentric top hat arrangement.  Works very
well, but just a little too bulky for my ultimately-lightened tool kit.
