[urq] EFI - Fuel Injector Flow Rates

... I am contemplating getting an IM and injection system from a EuroVan to
facilitate the conversion to EFI ... then I started wondering if I'd really
be able to use the parts.  The ultimate project is going to be for an
updated motor with the new Wiseco pistons and a worked over head.  It isn't
clear to me that I'd even need the intake manifold ... and the EFI injectors
probably can't support the fuel needed for a turbocharged motor ... and
there's the fact that the injectors need to be set up to operate with above
atmospheric manifold pressures ... which pretty much just leaves the fuel
rail ...

Has anyone contemplated a similar project and come to different conclusions?
It seems like I should rather set my sights on the injectors and support for
the 5-cyl S4 and S6 models.
