[urq] a blast from the past

Yeah, it looked like the VW got hydrolocked. At one point I heard the
starter solenoid click, but the motor didn't turn. I'm guessing that diesel
is kaput. Too bad. And to top it off, it was a 2.3 liter 5 cylinder.
