[urq] Alignment Toe Specs

I imagine this has been discussed in the past, but the
archives don't reach back past November at this point.
So...

I'm looking for recomendations for toe adjustment. My
urq was recently alignment by a competent shop after
coilover installation. The car handles well but the
feel is not like I'd expect. More in a sec, here are
the specs:

front:
-1.2 camber -1.3
1.2 caster 1.1
.03 toe .02

rear:
-.8 camber -.9
-.01 toe -.01

So I've got slight toe-in at the front and even
slighter toe-out at the rear. This is backwards from
the descriptions I found online, but none were quattro
specific.

Here's my description of the handling. The coilovers
are amazing, but straight line driving is nervous. It
hunts ruts in the road worse than before the new
suspension and alignment. It takes quite a bit of
input on the steering wheel to correct these hunts,
with lots of dead space in the middle. Think tractor
with a really loose steering rack. In tight turns,
like turning around, the front tires scrub against
each other badly. In high speed, on-limit cornering
the car tends to snap oversteer. This may just take
getting used to my spring rates, but it really does
happen fast.

Ok, this got longer than I intended. Any input would
be appreciated.

Cheers,
Rich
