[urq] More Alignment Questions

Hey All-
More questions regarding alignment....Currently my suspension is totally removed - I'm replacing struts, ball joints, tie rods and front wheel bearings.  I'm looking for any recommendations on alignment specs that will improve handling, but not reduce straigh tline stability, if such a compromise exists.  I won't mind slightly reduced tire wear.  My biggest concern, like Rich's, is toe.  recently my car has been too susceptible to ruts and such with the 15x8 Ronals.  I'm thinking there was [excessive?] toe out.  Maybe stock spec is best????  Luckily I'll be able to have desired toe setting with a perfectly straight steering wheel now that I'll be using two adjustable tie rods - don't need the fixed passenger side anymore - woohoo.

Any insight from alignment/handling gurus appreciated-
