[urq] One more UrQ disappears

It's official, according to Clair Audi I just bought
the last brake servo in the US. Although I can't even
imagine how much I've spent in total maintaining and
rebuilding my UrQ(s), that part HURT the most. Very
dear. I think I'm going to take the old one apart and
devise a plan for the eventual failure of the one on
my '83.
