[urq] Snow tires.

Studded tires on the front? I had them once on my '86 Jetta erroneously
and immeidately had them removed. Talk about squirrelly handling! I cannot
remember the brand (they were certainly not any of the brands noted) but
man, I could not imagine driving the car with them on... Perhaps the
technology has advanced since then (this was probably the late '80's) but
the car felt dangerous with them on.
