[urq] Fuel Pressure Control Regulator

Folks,

Any help where I might get one of these would be appreciated. Is it a Dealer only item? 

This is the mystery box that is mounted below the spark plugs. It has two braided fuel lines bajoed into it along with two vaccuum lines that are connected to a temperature switch as well as a "two wire" connector.
