That's not true all of the time.  I have seen several in salvage yards with
WUR's that carry the same p/n as the urq WUR.  I doubt they were
replacements.

They are not the same.  The 5000 turbo quattro may work, but will not run
correctly for all temperature ranges and conditions.  The 5ktq one does not
have the additional vacuum and pressure ports.

I believe this is the same one used on the 5000 turbo's.  In which case any
local junk yard should have plenty of them lying around.  Also, I've  seen
several on ebay, (there is one on there right now:

Don't go to the dealer, unless you like paying a lot for pre EFI parts.
