[urq] G 11 update

Hi all

Here in Switzerland, VAG introduced new version of antifreeze. G 11 is not produced anymore, G 12 that doesn't mix with
other types at all well is still in production, while new G 12s can be mixed with all other types and is also phosphate
free.
