[urq] oil pan

Well something has managed to completely eff up my oilpan. Now i need a new one. Are there any pans that fit from any other engines, or am i stuck looking for one off an old wx in some junk yard (or paying audi prices)? 

Oh and yah... and besides the stick linkage what are the possible causes of the car not being able to go in gear (actually out of gear, it is stuck in second... the gear it was in when my oilpan was smacked).  Just so i know what to look for when i get in there.
