[urq] fuel injector inserts

Hmm...all this talk about the inserts.  My 85 urq had the long ones in it when I got it. I got a replacement head from Justin Riley, and it, too, had the long inserts. I replaced the old ones with long inserts also. Seem to fit pretty well.
