... shrouding is supposed to provide a more uniform mixture. Is the fitting
on your head plugged? If not you may not have the internal passageways,
because otherwise it would create a massive leak into the intake ... unless
of course the short inserts somehow seal the passageways ...
I was planning to make use of air shrouding when I built up the new engine
... assuming of course that the EFI injectors are compatible with it ... if
you do decide to test the air shrouding, be sure to connect the air supply
line to the intake side of the throttle body ... I know some who have
inadvertently bypassed the TB and wondered why the engine wouldn't slow to
idle RPMs with the TB closed ...
