[urq] Tyres 205/50-15 urquattro

... in the innocent [stupid?] days of my youth I got a set of 205/50-15
Gatorbacks on 15x7 Ronals when I was told that the 215/50-15 size was
unavailable (the belts on the P7Rs were separating).  I must say that the
combo didn't bother me that much at the time, but I do recall that I could
easily notice every single millimeter step in the pavement surface!  I never
took the car out on a track (in fact to this very day Tom Nas is the only
one to have driven my ury on a track!) ... but the combo did work OK for my
on-road requirements.  I now run 225-50/15s on the 15x7 Fuchs wheels ... not
so sure I think they are that bad either ... if I can remember how the car
handles ... :-(
