[urq] To Modify or Not Modify

... if you still have an original, unmolested car that you are starting with
you do need to realize that modifications you do may affect the value of the
car in the long term.  That said, as long as you are contemplating easily
reversed mods, there isn't as much of a reason to be so pragmatic.  It sure
seems to me you could build up a complete motor from the parts you list ...
once that motor is built up you can install it in the car in the place of
the original.  As long as any other mods can be easily reversed you should
have nothing to worry about.  

'83 cars are the most common, so they would likely to be the ones that will
have lower value ... if we were talking about an '85 or an '84 you might
want to be a little more aware of the long term value impact ...
