[urq] WIndow Regulators: Different in '83?

Hello:

THat would explain why I have a collection of coupe winder mechanisims that
done't fit correctly on my '83 urq. And here to think, I though they were all
from 4000's..!

(mind you, I get one to work, but the motor is loose & only tiewrapped to the
door, awiting a 'correct' mechanism...)
