isuzu NPR diesel truck.  Not sure which model.

Just check ebay, they have a few different styles but I like this one
because it fits perfectly behind the grill and above the bump stop
bracket.  I think someone else on the list fabricated a bracket and
mounted it below the snub mount as well, so that's also an option. On
the 80/90 you can get away with a full length IC since there is a bit
more room behind the bumper.
