[urq] Elbow hose toast

I just this week recieved a quote form Chris Savage at Sunset Motors (dealer) 
for that very hose/elbow and the price was an amazingly low ( in my mind) $26 
in stock in the US. It's the other hose that will make you sit down and 
wonder what the hell their mind set and motive is. $149 for the upper hose. These 
are both Audi genuine OE parts. Many have become creative fabricating 
workarounds to let the stealers "hose themselves".

PS I have had very good results doing business with Chris at Sunset in 
Oregon. Knowledgeable, helpful, and _much_ better pricing than my local dealer.
