[urq] Looking at a car near Buffalo (some UrQ content)

Nathan,

Yeah, 125 is getting low.  And a 45# difference
between high and low is not good.  You'll likely need
exhaust valve guides and maybe piston rings.  May as
well do bearings if you have the pistons out and now
you've really stepped in it...
