[urq] sloooooooow windshield wipers.

I had been thinking about this, too, recently.  So can they be replaced with
either CGT or 4kq wiper motors for faster operation.  I was under the (maybe
false) impression that the best upgrade was from a late CGT.

Any and all input appreciated..
