[urq] Fix that annoying Seat Wobble

I found one of the last few cheap parts on an UrQ. The
plastic guides for the seats that seem to break easily
after 20 years. For both my UrQs the 8 pieces cost me
$14. Of course we won't discuss the cost to manufactur
them, but after buying the last servo in the US for a
mint, this feels like a bargain.
