[urq] air

Based on my very limited research--it is easier said than done. There is no
real connection between the a/c and coolant system, so that part of your
post was confusing. AFAIK, the real problem is that newer compressors, say
from a '91 200 have the lines coming out of a different location on the
pump, like the back where our a/c condenser and radiator are. The mini York
has the lines coming off the side. There are some aftermarket places- you
may want to do a internet search and make some calls..

I'm not too familiar with air conditioner systems... but is it not possible
to replace a urq air system with a newer vw/audi one? Its its own system
that basically just plugs into the main coolant reservoir, is it not?

If not... what systems are compatable?
Mine needs replacing.
