[urq] single oil filter conversion

Can't help you with the fittings, although I've heard these guys have been
useful on some people's MC swaps:

But, how did you remove the freeze plug out of the block?
(I've been thinking about the same conversion for my WR...)

Seems that is shouldn't be too difficult to find appropriate fittings to
mate everything up.
