Somehow I think you'll still have all wheel drive and forced induction
even without visual reminders, but... I said "move," not "remove."

The diff locks are fairly easy to relocate, and can be as visually
obvious as you'd like.  They can be in a place that is not such prime
visual real estate while driving, as long as you can find them easily
with your hand.  Many people have come up with interesting solutions to
the placement and operation of these - often to add some gauges to that
convenient center console location.

By the way, Audi has very nice "quattro" and "turbo" badges you could
place on the trunk lid - I bet there are even listers with spares from a
debadging escapade.

Unless you have those gauges, your car does not already have the 
senders.  Though of course, you could get them and install them.

One thing you could do, if you are up to the electronic work, is to get
a few spare digital bar graph volt gauges and use them - at least you
know exactly what their range is (0-16 volts), and they will look
*exactly* like your other gauge.
