[urq] low-rpm cold stalling

Since it began getting warmer, my WX has developed some low-rpm and idle 
problems.  On starting, I have to hold her around 1500rpm or she'll 
stall.  After a few minutes of running, she'll idle without stalling, 
but it's always a little rougher than it used to seem.  I'm gonna check 
all the vacuum lines I can find tomorrow...anything else I should look 
at while I'm in there?
