[urq] intake air temperatures

Those are worse then I'm seeing with my 20v.  I have
just a ricer-cone filter set above and beside the
turbo with a heat shield between them.  I'm also
running a Dialynx intercooler but see intake temps up
around 150-170 degrees after a few hot laps at PIR. 
One long hard pull to 100mph or so shows 120 degrees
even on a cold wet night.

A real airbox and a bigger intercooler are in the
works.
