I am curious....how many Ur owners out there are running two piece factory
exhaust manifolds as replacements?   I know how much banging and grinding is
needed to make it work.  Is it worth it?


Chris, when I rebuilt my engine I when with a water cooled turbo and 2 piece 
EM so it is a bit hard to break out which contributed more to the much 
better performance. (actually wish now that I had gone oversize pistons and 
higher CR but that is another story)
I only needed minor grinding to fit mine as well as some work with EM studs 
as some were a bit long to fit.  well worth it I would say.  This sight will 
give you the best insight on the project.
