John,

Easiest (though by no means perfect) way is to copy the web address of the
web page you want translated (in this case
http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2469795687&category=40179&sspagename=rvi:1:3

and go to the AltaVista translation page:
http://babelfish.altavista.com/babelfish/tr

and paste the web address into the web page translation box and scroll to
German to English and voila!
