That type of head gasket failure is caused by detonation, and detonation is caused by overly advanced timing, or too lean mixture, or too much boost, or the intake air is too hot. hmm does your URQ have a heat shield between the turbo hot housing and the intake housing?

Looks like you've had some blow by between 1&2 and 3&4. Mine went right
through the gasket between 3&4 -

make sure to dry all that water out of the head bolt holes or you won't get
the correct torque on them.
