[urq] UPG 2004 update: possible date change to May 15th

Guys, I've had a few people say the 22nd is no good for them, and a lot of guys say the 15th and the 22nd is good for them.
 Would it be a probelm to move it to the 15th of May?
 Once again it will BYOB, I'll do the cooking and provide sodas and and bottled water. If anyone wants to bring a cooler for some leftovers, feel free.
