[urq] Head work

Can't help you with a machine shop, but WRT to NG valves, I wouldn't think
the NG valves are sodium filled as are Audi turbo valves (at least the
exhaust ones are).  Also the NG head has hydraulic lifters, I'm 99.9% sure,
so your WR cam (keep!!!!!) wouldn't work.
