[urq] Reality Check (Dyno results)

Hi list, my urq has 151 BHP @ 0,45 BAR / 6.5 
PSI... I always thought some 'umph' was missing 
but now it's official:

Question:

How and where exactly to start checking for vacuum leaks with the MityVac pump?
How do I know if the wastegate spring is set correctly?
Other places to look for the missing BHP's?
